Support Hose Store (SHS) is pleased to offer you a 180 Day No-Hassle Return and Exchange Policy for Non-Damaged Products.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR STORE CREDIT FOR A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
To receive a Credit for your return that is not due a defective product please:
* Within 90 days of purchase date, Request a RA # and Return the Product with the ORIGINAL INVOICE,PRODUCT BOXES/PACKAGES, UNOPENED, in original selling condition to receive full payment card /method credit, less cost of shipping. IF PRODUCT WAS WORN, IT MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT. IT MUST BE WASHED OR LAUNDERED TO BE ACCEPTED AT OUR FACILITY- See EXCHANGES/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SECTION BELOW (Items returned without all original boxes or packages may not be accepted or may be subject to restocking/repackaging charges. Items that were worn that are not washed/laundered may be rejected entirely) Please understand our need to have these items to assist you when assessing garments that are worn against the body - we are trying to service you properly.
Obtain Return Authorization Number ( RA#) by one of the following methods:
The Quickest Method:
Step 1) Sign on to your account
Step 2) Find your product(s) numbers within your order(s) that you wish to return
Step 3) Highlight request for RA#, the reason for the return, and press send
Step 4) RA# shall be sent by email/phone to you within 48 hours
OR: Call us at 1-800-515-4271 and request the return; Please have your order number and product number available
* Ship the Product back to us with the RA# clearly noted on the outside of the package.( AFTER THE PRODUCT, IF WORN, IS WASHED/LAUNDERED)

NOTE: Returns received without RA #’s shall be subject to return, restocking / repackaging charges of up to 35%.
* Within 2 business days of receipt at SHS, assessment of RA# request shall be completed and customer shall be advised by SHS by email or phone, as to the result of the assessment.
* Returns resulting in a direct payment to the payment method used, shall have the Credit issued within 2 business days of completed assessment, via the same payment method used.
* Returns resulting in a Store Credit on Account shall have that Store Credit placed on the Customer’s Account within 2 business days.
