Support Hose Store (SHS) is pleased to offer you a 180 Day No-Hassle Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.

 

180 Day Return Policy

Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ship your product back for a refund. Product in new and unused condition (with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 6 months (180 days) following the original purchase date. Returns that are received with original packaging within 60 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment, less cost of shipping. Returns received after 60 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as store credit. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to post to your account after processed. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, please call our Customer Service team to place your order. 

 

Exchanges

Products that have been opened, tried on or that are not in their original packaging may be returned for up to 60 days following the original purchase date. Please contact our customer service team to place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ship your product back for an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned product, please allow 3-4 days to process an exchange.

Disclaimer

 

Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge.  Please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 3-4 days upon receiving.

Note: Orders are eligible for a return upon shipment from our warehouse. Returns received without prior authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or may be refused at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Some product warranties are available from the manufacturer, and we may direct you to their warranty department for assistance. A $4.99 shipping and handling fee will be applied to the new order on all exchanges. Items marked Final Sale on our website or Non-Returnable on your order confirmation may not be returned or exchanged. Snags runs, and holes can develop in the product over time, as with similar products. These occurrences will not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
