The extendable handle donner will be the best choice for you if you have arthritis and have limited range of motion and a calf circumference less than 16 inches. As you can see this donner is adjustable. The handle on the left is adjusted to its lowest point. The handle on the right is adjusted to its highest point of approximately 19 inches.
