Juzo X-Static Silver Tubular Component
Used to provide protective anti-microbial layer between skin and short stretch bandage or with night wrapping or under night garment
- Reusable and Washable
- A crucial component of managing edema and lymphedma is skin care
- The circulatory and/or lymphatic systems are already compromised and any break in the skin can allow bacteria to enter the body and set the time to reduce limb back considerably
- The X-Static fibers of this bandage have pure silver permanently bonded to the textile fiber providing anti-microbial action
- X-Static Tubular Component can be used from the start of bandage treatment and can patient can be moved to Juzo Silver Soft ready-to-wear stocking or Custom Silver Varin, Silver Helastic or Silver Strong
Juzo recommends X-Static Tubular Bandage be doubled on the patient. A purchase of 2-1 yard lengths would be appropriate for a knee length (component will not be cut).
