Return Policy Please call us on our toll-free number (800-515-4271) before making a return. Orders returned without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted. If you experience a manufacture's defect, please call us in the first 30 days. Your product will be promptly replaced. If you have the wrong size, style, or color, we will replace or exchange the product if it is in the original container and unworn during the first 30 days. We will issue store credit for future purchases after 30 days, if the product is in the original package and unworn. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless we sent the wrong item. If you return your garments for a refund and your order falls below the level for free shipping, a shipping charge will be accessed. Shipping Charges in the United States There is a shipping charge of $6.99 on all orders unless there is a special. FedEx or UPS 2-3 business days and FedEx or UPS Business Day Overnight are available for an additional charge. Orders received after 3PM will not be shipped until the next day.
